Sandara, the Pambansang Krung-krung has glittered in the Philippine showbiz for quite long time and appeared in many television shows, movies, modeling and etc showing her unique personality and angelic face with a different attitude. Her popularity suddenly waned and she slowly vanished. She tried to get back and redeem her fame but she ended up unsuccessful and decided to return to her home country. Destiny smiled upon Sandara when she made it to a Girl Group, now renowned as 2NE1 and sparked her way to success. She has returned and has proved herself worthy of the people’s praise as she dances and sings hip-hop music. What’s great with her is that she still knows how to speak tagalog and even sung “In or out” in one of their shows in Korea. Many speculations have been raised whether she will put herself again in the Philippine showbiz as her growing fans are excited for her comeback.
The picture above shows a different Dara, totally cute and beautiful. In fact, I am now a fan of her and I’m starting to like her, just so you know I was not pleased with her image years ago. Who would have thought the krung-krung would actually park back to showbiz and ring the alarm?

Well well well, what do we have here? Oh Com’on… If you have noticed on the image posted above, there is something wrong with it, right? From what you can see from it, you have a paper there with the written text saying “OPEN Bottled HERE.” I do not intend to impose the “himantayon” attitude but I just want to share it with you. I was having a late dinner together with my classmates Felice Adlaon, Mark Angelo Pobre and Jan Roland Delmo at a famous restaurant in Davao city. They got really delicious foods that are worth the price. I got thirsty so I went to get myself a glass of water and quench my thirst when I saw this poster. I grabbed my cellphone quickly and took a picture. My mind “buffered” for seconds until I came to a verdict that the grammar is really wrong… hahahaha… It’s just funny how people murders the english language in public. I’ve seen many of these before and they really captured the attention of viewers xD. You wanna know where this was posted? Well, It has something to do with a color and an animal. See the title!

Youtube has been deleting the videos regarding this incident. Luckily, I found one. Let me share it to you guys. See how explicitly Kanye West humiliated The famous country song artist Taylor Swift, stealing away her glorious moment and leaving her and the audience shocked. Kanye made a statement saying “Beyonce has one of the best videos of all time” and it seemed that he wasn’t contented and repeated it. Beyonce and Taylor are both splendid artists, yet they belong to different music genre and got different style and attitude. Its very inappropriate and unprofessional to shout it out in public. Doing that to a fine woman in front of many people just makes him an icon of abomination of the music industry. What a jerk! I feel sorry for Taylor. I hope she doesn’t take it so bad and just let the freak be. As with Beyonce, I hope she’ll do something with that… ^_^

Well Beyonce did something actually, after she received an award, she called Taylor to join with her to have the moment. Well, that’s nice… ^_^

Well, these past weeks have made us very busy. Practices in our fields of expertise in sports, literary skills, music and dancing. Many things happened, protests can be heard anywhere. We just have to let go of those bad things that had happened and cherish those happy and exciting moments. We may have been divided in a week, but we will be united again as one university. How I wish this event can be prolonged so that we can have more time for enjoyment, relaxation and a week where we can forget for a moment all those stressful school stuff. Well, it is officially over and now we have to get back from where we got off. Far way to busy and tiring weeks will be embracing up as the finals approaches so UICians, brace yourselves, especially ClassA students. We can get through this, let this be our last senior year, and let this be a memorable one. Dream, believe, and survive - Class A Certified!
